Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your display name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google profile information (name, profile picture). We store this in Supabase, our authentication provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, track daily usage limits per tool, send you emails you explicitly opt into (newsletter), and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Tool Usage Data
We track how many times you use each tool per day to enforce free tier limits. Text you paste into our tools is sent to third-party AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini) to generate responses. We do not permanently store the content you submit to our tools.
4. Third-Party Services
Axotron uses the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and user storage), Groq (AI inference), Google Gemini (AI inference), Vercel (hosting), Railway (backend hosting), and Sanity (content management). Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in) and short-lived session cookies (e.g., to preserve your login destination across OAuth redirects). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at nikhilaxotron@gmail.com.
7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
