ResumeIQ: Your Resume Finally Gets Honest Feedback

Most resumes don't fail because the person isn't qualified. They fail because no one ever told them what was wrong. ResumeIQ changes that.

Most resumes don't fail because the person isn't qualified.

They fail because the resume never made it past the first filter. And nobody told them why.

That's the reality of how hiring works today. Companies use ATS — Applicant Tracking Systems — to automatically scan and score resumes before a human ever sees them. If your resume doesn't match the right keywords, structure, and format, it gets rejected silently. No feedback. No explanation. Just no response.

ResumeIQ exists to break that silence.

Here's what it does. You upload your resume and paste the job description you're applying for. ResumeIQ analyzes both together and gives you a real ATS score — not a generic one, but one based on how well your resume actually matches that specific job.

Then it goes deeper. It tells you what's missing. Which keywords from the JD aren't in your resume. Which sections are weak. What to rewrite, what to add, what to cut. Concrete, specific, actionable — not vague advice like "make your resume stronger."

The reason I built this is simple. I've seen how much effort people put into applications and how little feedback they ever get back. You spend hours on a resume, apply to 50 jobs, and hear nothing. You don't know if the problem is your experience, your resume, or just bad luck.

ResumeIQ removes at least one of those unknowns.

It won't guarantee you the job. But it will make sure your resume is doing its job — getting you through the door so a real human can actually read it.

If you're applying for anything right now, run your resume through it before you submit. The feedback might surprise you.
